Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly members can cancel before their next billing date and keep access until the end of the paid period. Annual members can cancel renewal at any time.
Do I get new courses automatically?
Yes — every course added to the library after you join is included in your pass at no extra charge. You'll see them appear in My Products the day they launch.
How do I redeem the 50% coaching discount?
Book any session through the Services page or reach out through the contact page and mention your Pack Pass. The discount is applied manually at booking.
What if I already bought individual courses?
Your existing course access stays intact. A Pass gives you everything else in the library on top of what you already own.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Annual Pass includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. The Monthly Pass has no trial but you can cancel any time before your next billing date.
